  • Reserving

    Please call us @ 317-894-8610 to reserve your unit so we can check availability and answer any of your questions.  We cannot reserve an inflatable without a deposit for each item. You can make an online payment with a credit card via PayPal.  You do not have to have a PayPal account to do so.   This deposit is subtracted from your total balance which is due upon delivery.  Payments of cash or business checks are accepted. You are welcome to pay whole amount via credit card the day before planned delivery.

    Delivery

    Delivery times are set up the day before and are given a one hour window.  We will arrive with your unit at our agreed upon delivery window and complete all setup.   Please make sure no overhanging tree limbs or other items are blocking the installation area. There will need to be a 110 – volt power outlet within 100 feet of the installation. If an outlet is not available we do offer generators for rent (depending on availability). Please let us know  if you plan to install the unit on a hard surface as sand bags will be needed.   If you plan to use the unit at a Park, please contact the Park for approval prior to rental day. At this time the rules will be described and gone over and you will be required to sign our rental agreement. Once the rental agreement has been signed and the unit setup; you’re %100 in control of the operation of the unit and there are no refunds. Our rental period is on average 7-8 hours; Water slides are picked up by 8:OO pm unless other arrangements have been made.   At pick up time, we will inspect the unit for any damage and clean the unit. If damage has occurred, you may responsible for the full replacement cost of the unit. There is to be no food, shoes, balloons, candy, candy bags, toys, and absolutely no SILLY STRING in or near the unit or a $100 clean up fee will be assessed.

    Cancellations

    You can call and cancel your rental at any time; however, your deposit is nonrefundable. You can choose to use your deposit towards another rental if you wish to reschedule for a different day for the same calendar year of scheduled event.  At the time of reschedule, you will be required to pay for unit in full.  

    Weather Policy

    Safety is our #1 concern, we constantly check the weather to make sure it is suitable to deliver our units.  We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if severe weather conditions exist or are predicted during the time of your rental; in this case your deposit is refundable.  If it is raining the morning of the scheduled delivery, we will not start deliveries until the rain has stopped.   You must call and cancel your rental before we deliver it to you. If you do receive your rental and severe weather (rain, high winds, lightning) occurs, there are no discounts or refunds available.

     Bad weather can arrive such as rain, lightening, or strong winds(greater than 16mph) . You want to evacuate the inflatable as quickly as possible. After everyone has exited the unit, deflate the unit by turning off the blower or fan. Moonwalks and slides should be folded over once so the interior is protected from the weather.

    Please remain calm in the event you lose electrical power because you will have ample time to help your guests exit safely and quickly. Each person should exit the unit. Check to see if the unit has become unplugged. If so, plug the unit back into the outlet and the unit will re-inflate.
